Pros

-Good people to share in your misery. That is, the very few who are still left. The life boats are filled with good employees vacating the ship. -You will have a much greater appreciation of your own family relationships after witnessing this family-owned business and their interactions. - The slamming doors, tears, sibling rivalries, interdepartmental disputes, and trash talking that take place here on a regular basis are on par with reality TV. If you enjoy marital disputes in public, apply now.

Kontras

Positive reviews of this company were most likely written by family members or people who have never worked here. -Extremely political place to work. -Management is detached and completely oblivious of company morale. -Long term employees who got this company to where it is today have been disrespected and told not to let the door hit them on their way out. -If you cross the “wife”, your days are numbered. -Attitude, morale & motivation of current employees is at an all-time low. -Rampant nepotism has driven high value employees away.

Pros

90% of the people at Premier are nice and welcoming.

Kontras

Reactive instead of proactive: Problems are always patched at the last minute instead of being fixed properly, which creates repeat issues. Lack of investment: The company avoids upgrading systems/tools even when they’re clearly outdated or broken. Poor communication: Employees are often left in the dark about changes until after they happen. Micromanagement or neglect: Depending on the day, leadership is either hovering unnecessarily or completely absent. Low morale and high turnover: Many talented people leave because of the environment. No career growth: Raises, promotions, or professional development are rarely supported. Hostile leadership: Owners/managers have been known to yell or curse at staff and customers. Disorganized priorities: Efforts are scattered — lots of “firefighting” instead of long-term planning.
