Pros
Managers care a lot about the workload of their employees, not only the number of hours they're working, but whether the work they do is best meeting their strengths. As an employee, you really feel as though the people above you are trying to support your growth and development. Everyone is collaborative and just looking to get the work done, so no one minds if you work from home, leave early once in awhile, etc. Great office culture, and I've learned so much more from the people here than I did in three years at my last company.
