Pros
The hours are consistent and the employees work together as a team.
Kontras
Unfortunately my time at Precision was short; I chose to leave after being blatantly disrespected by the owner Phil Livingston. It is abundantly clear that the owner has no respect for his employees and does not value his employees, their skill sets, or their belongings. I was excited to work with the team in the photo lab department, the manager Noah was very welcoming and supportive. I was able to quickly settle in among the team and work on customer orders. Things turned sour just as quickly; I was stopped and accosted on my way out at the end of my shift for the crime of having a lunch box. Apparently the owner's mistrust in his employees has escalated to paranoia surrounding the theft of film from the lab. No bags of any kind are allowed; the owner expects employees to keep all belongings in their vehicle. This mandate is in full awareness that employees' cars have been broken into on the property before and that not all employees have a vehicle. When Phil stopped me, he talked down to me as though I was a child and proceeded to search my lunchbox. In the search of my property, this man put an ungloved hand inside my lunchbox in the midst of a pandemic. He then proceeded to threaten to "terminate me" if he ever saw me with my lunchbox again. This altercation was enough of an indication as to how the staff are treated that I chose not to return.
