There are no pros, except salary is paid on time. Go work with them only if you are dying from hunger...

Detached and careless C level; management can't care less: never reading emails, not coming to work or bother about employees in general. Cross team backstabbing, no trust, no real professionals, lack of communication. Nasty shareholders with only one real interest - money....

Salary above average, that's it.

Very stressful to work here, a lot of technical debt cause manager don't won't spend time of do the right way and everything should bring business value, besides that a lot meeting and incidents.
