If you want to work with 3d games, and now, social and mobile games, in Brazil, Playlore is probably one of the best of a few options. As a small studio, it has a short career ladder and the company managers and directors are accessible.

The company offers poor salary levels. There are very few lead and management positions. It is very hard to go up on the ranks. The work environment quality can be below the average comparing to other similar companies in the area.
