Training & Development are supported well. Career path is there if you want to devise it and work on it - you need to figure it out on your own. If you have visions of Sr Management positions, your best path is through MBA recruitment programs (you have to be willing to move countries every couple years). Salaries are fair & benefits are OK R&D investments are good, so pipeline of future products is solid
