-Overridden by processes, SOPs and politics. -Different opinions are often frown upon. -Constant turnover and routined layoff every 1-2 years, no job security, too many studies/programs in the pipeline. Unless you have a lightspeed/priority study, all other’s studies will experience constant turnover and staff resources being taken away every 2-3 months to support other priorities.
