Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and 401K. Certain coworkers are really nice and helpful.

Upper management is disorganized and lacks awareness of certain department functions. They show favoritism toward the sales team, which leads to other departments feeling unappreciated. Processes and procedures are often disregarded or skipped. Additionally, they are trying to implement a LEAN management approach, which causes employees to be overworked. This creates an atmosphere of unappreciation among employees in various departments.

Pros

Flexible work schedule with a good work-life balance. Plenty of PTO, decent 401(k) match and average health insurance

Everything else. Base pay is not enough to survive on, commissions were adjusted every year I worked there and bonuses were eliminated. I made the same amount of money year 1 and year 4 while I made the company 5x as much.
