1) Freshers are not given any guidance / training/ or any sort of learning that a newbie might expect. ( bunch of false promises) 2) Politics at it's best .Instead of being Gossip Mongers, some energies must be directed towards guiding or supporting the employees. 3) Other than the place and people, the processes s*** big time. ( a form is available even to avail for basic stationeries) 4) Work Pressure at it's peak which has caused several exits in certain teams in a very short duration. Miss management of time + poor management skills In short, think twice before sending in your resumes here. You will not just waste your time but in that process lose some peace of mind. The environment is not conducive for growth.
