• A very friend workplace and compared to other IT parks in Kerala SmartCity is giving importance to maintaining greenery and gives a positive vibe to employees. • Good chance to get elevated in career wise and financially since the team size is not large. • You can get knowledge in Banking Domain, esp. Islamic Banking, which is rare in Indian IT sector. • Decent leave days, 30 annual leaves, 12 casual and sick and 3 other holidays, it’s cool. • If you are in department which provide overseas assignments, you get chance to visit many countries with allowances which is best in Industry segment. • Didn’t even heard of firing an employee in its 28years history. • During employment in Path employees can save good as the office is located in beautiful Kochi with low living cost.

• One of the biggest cons I felt was is the written test in the joining process, it is more than 3 hours !!, it’s very ancient process in these days. • Another main con is the 2 year bond, only for this reason talented people are reluctant to join. • Dependant addition in Health insurance is restricted to spouse and children , that’s too has other restriction if spouse is working in any organization • Though its not in all departments, employees are overloaded with handful of work, there are many guys they worked more than 12 hours • Standardization in Salary Structure can be improved.
