Lot’s of energy, upbeat, everyone seems to cover for their teams and others’ teams. Not as much politics as other places I have worked. Amazing projects. Creative spirit. Also they push innovation hard and leadership is looking for new new ideas. Their structure is suited for internal growth.
Kontras
Their structure is a little too loose, maybe not for everyone. Not a lot of titles, so it’s had to identify where your place is. You have to be a self starter and resourceful, as the mentoring is sometimes limited.
