Not a good company - Software Engineer bei PTC: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This company is a trainwreck - corporate IT and HR are the most ineffective IT/HR teams I've worked with. Every single interaction is painful. In order to get anything done, I have to escalate to a manager every single time (for basic HR/IT requests). - Internal Self Service sites, Sharepoint etc. are all constantly broken, missing content or have misleading content. I work for a specific CAD division. - extremely high turnover. - incompetent management - dev tools/productivity is the lowest I've ever seen.
