Back-stabbers, colluders and prudes abound - everyone is jockeying for position, conservatism at its worst, low starting pay, very limited training, no set training regimen, everybody wants to be a chief, all the chiefs wants things done differently yet say they want it the same, everything held against you even when you're new, they really want robots, try to improve something - forget it, broken culture
