- Very laxed working environment with awesome and helpful colleagues.
- Talents are being acknowledged greatly by superiors if we work smart to achieve our KPIs.
- Very lean organization with office politics almost non-existent.
- Muhibbah culture as everyone get along regardless of race.
- Flexi hours of work and lunch hours; no penalization of any form.
- Casual attire to office makes you feel motivated to work and you don't have to be who you don't want to be.
- No micro-managing from superiors as they emphasize on us in completing the task and achieving KPIs/results.
- Working environment is comfortable and conducive.

- Communication can experience breakdowns and delays between departments (some people just don't read emails).
- Indecisiveness in making a crucial decision is evident in rolling out campaigns.
- Transparency is questionable hopefully there will be improvements
