Very inclusive, and they genuinely try to keep improving. - They really care about their team. - The founder is still very hands-on and actively involved, so you actually see him on the front line. He leads by example, which is rare in this space. - Cool projects, and the option to move around within the company if you ever want a change or feel ready for something new.

- It’s an agency, so it’s not for everyone. You usually don’t stay on the same project for long, and the pace is fast. - Some projects are really interesting, others less so.
