Coworkers are great. And the policy is fairly flexible with working hours.

The suffocating corporate culture makes your life miserable. There is no official policy and protection against abusive and micromanaging bosses- basically you do not have anybody to go to if your manager is treating you bad. The linear structure of management and team work is not encouraged. On the contrary- the pyramid hierarchy is favored. No small employees' input is taken into consideration whatsoever. Non-managerial employees are considered disposable and with no real value to the company although are constantly convinced the opposite in words. But the actions don't support the words.
