Increment policy is again worst; if you not in GOODBOOKS of your Manager/Team Lead forget the increament they only increment less than 4k some of the employees even get 2000 increment after 1.5 years. 4. Some Team Leaders/ Managers treats employees as a slave. 5. Work environment is not Supportive and Friendly esp Mobile/Mobility.
