Very good atmosphere in the company.
- There is no formal subordination, you can contact directly to CEO and he can helps
- No rush. Nobody will ask you every 5 minutes, whether you finish your work already or not
- Transparency. There is even special meeting every Friday, where Sam (CEO) is trying to share everything that is happening to the company.
- Respect to employee’s lifetime balance.
- Paid vacation, sick leaves, etc

Need to say few words about other reviewers:
A lot people are writing, that they were doing their job, but they were not promoted.
Doing your job and be promoted are completely different things. Doing everything diligently and in time not necessary means, that you are developing the company. In order to be promoted, you need to do more :)
