Great place to learn and get great client experience. If you stick around long enough you can meet life-long friends too. Pretty easy to get hired and work your way up to Senior Account Executive/ other managing positions.

The business office and upper management is very standoffish. Lack of communication between different departments can seriously hurt the business as a whole.
