No advancement or raise Pay is regularly late or missing due to being transfered to the wrong account Work overload due to insuffisant hiring and poor ressource management No common culture: everyone works the way he wants, management is more concerned on short term delivery rather than company structure External services regularly stopped because bills aren't payed Management spends a lot of time saying processes should be set up and used but constantly overrides them because they are inconvenient instead of using and updtaing them.

Oasis is a really great place to make an internship or apprenticeship, the managers are here to help you, and they support for anything. The environment with the Campus is awesome.
