They will get rid of the low man in the totem pole for the smallest reason but there are male employees higher up that have had verbal abuse complaints and sexual harassment complaints and they still have jobs or get promotions. Keep the me. That break the zero tolerance policies but get rid of the hard workers at the bottom for trivial mistakes.
