In particular, the full-day exams held each month created significant pressure, especially as not passing could result in being asked to leave the program. Additionally, although the cohort included people new to tech, it often felt as though the majority had substantial prior experience. This disparity should be acknowledged and considered when designing assessments and pacing, to ensure the program remains accessible and supportive for those starting from scratch.
