Good pay, great location, nice properties

The owner is not a good person, and her daughter isn't much better. They espouse a "work family," but they are extremely quick to place blame anywhere but their own practices.

Cool industry in a great location (mammoth); a decent opportunity if you want to live in a ski town for a season (good luck getting time off though)

Rude managers, lack of structure, micromanagement (they track you on your company phone), decent pay but they don’t let you take any time off during ski season at all. A lot of unhappy customers which makes customer engagement awkward (I’ve been yelled at). Lots of property turnover
