I wish I knew more about what happened with your exit in 2015 so I could better address your concerns. I do hear that you were satisfied with your compensation. Great! We pay well in these roles because we expect a very high standard of performance and high level of care of our customers. This job comes with a high level of responsibility and it is not for everyone.
Regarding management, we are very proud of our supportive management team, our employee development and performance management strategies, and our ongoing attention to making sure we have the right people in the right positions to best serve our customers and accomplish our goals. Every single one of our managers started here as a CSR (route driver) or Sales rep, and was developed and promoted from within, to ensure strong knowledge of our industry and our customers' needs, as well as provide career opportunities for stand out, high performing team members. I cannot think of a manager at New System that is not passionate and dedicated to taking care of both our valuable team members and our awesome customers.
