NCAU - Netcetera University is also a great way for knowledge sharing throw the whole company. Communication and good planning. There is only one const that made me to switch this company. Relocation was not possible, even though they had a offices in a different country I moved from Macedonia to Germany and I couldn’t relocate to the offices in Germany.
