Pros

Good client base. Salary. Learning opportunities. As the place is a mad house, you do learn a lot about dealing with people, managing difficult situations, communicating your ideas to idiots who cannot comprehend them, etc.

Kontras

- Utter mismanagement. Confusion - No regard for personal life, boundaries. - Unreasonable working hours. - Rude management. - Panic and confusion all the time. No work is done properly or on time. - Poor leadership. - company is not growing or moving in the right direction. - losing clients due to mismanagement. - highest employee turnover rate I have ever seen. People leaving every week. New people being hired. - after 12 years, company still like a startup. No growth.

Good projects, good person. WFH facility given to me.

Kontras

Not on time salary. You will never get a salary on given date by company.

Kontras

I worked at this place for a year, and I have to say, the work environment here is really bad. At first, I expected to be paid a certain amount, but I ended up getting paid less than I thought. Even when it was time for a raise, they only increased my salary by 3%, which was still less than what I had hoped for initially. Despite working harder than what was expected of me, I was promised a higher salary but never received it. The management only cares about getting results and doesn't care about how things are done. I felt like I was being underpaid, so I decided to leave the job. The management always supports the clients and never takes the side of their own team. They expect you to be available at all times, even calling for updates at odd hours because WhatsApp is their main communication tool. Complaining to HR is pointless since it's a family-run business. They recently changed the leave policy, removing birthday leave and only giving one paid leave after working for 15 consecutive days. When I first started, I was under so much stress that I couldn't sleep properly. Most of the execution team is made up of freelancers, so when they don't deliver on time, the internal team gets blamed. They don't hire the best people because they are focused on cutting costs. Their mindset seems to be that one person should do the work of three and get paid much less than they deserve.
