Neighbours-Inc Is a wonderful non-profit organization based in NJ that helps support over 2,000 adults with disabilities. They are true to their mission and the principles of self-determination which stresses that all of us should have the right to choose how to live our lives in our own neighborhoods/communities at the highest quality of life we can achieve. Neighbours-Inc co-founder and CEO, Patti Scott, is a leader in this field known internationally and the organization she has developed has top-notch leadership and runs well. Neighbours-Inc is a very rewarding place to work and be a part of!
