Pros
-Pay is ok, but that varies wildly based on negotiation, position, situation, etc. So it could be a con. -Health and retirement benefits are satisfactory, but nothing spectacular. -Diverse workforce, employees come from all backgrounds and are for the most part very friendly.
Kontras
-Lack of upwards growth and earnings potential. -Apparently they expect people to work for free here - executives will squeeze every last drop of sweat from employees for as little pay as possible. -Money hungry executive office - everything is about minimizing costs/maximizing profits. Except for the newly built facility...and any expense that will benefit the executives of course... -You're just another number at this company, you may be welcomed at first when onboarding, but afterwards your just another slave. -Management have their head up their butt and isn't receptive to feedback or suggestions - any questioning of procedures or proposals are shut down/ignored or seen as undermining of authority. -Lack of transparency and updates regarding departments or the company as a whole. All important news is discovered second-hand, and trivial information is fed through pointless official all-hands meetings. -Liars - management will straight lie to your face about many things, especially regarding bonuses/raises. They'll even lie to their own investors/business partners. -Always understaffed, turnover is high with many currently disgruntled employees willing to leave as caused by issues above.
