Pros
Let salespeople be creative with product pricing without always asking for approval from management. No report writing and they do not micro-manage field reps.
Kontras
Very volume based with some salespeople and not with others. Salary and commission compensation is different with every rep.Some employees get away without doing very little work and some work very hard and it is not appreciated. No consistency managing employees.
