1. Job Security: Attrition rate is very low in Multiverse. Even in COVID pandemic credit salary on time without any delay by a growing organization is a tremendous and much appreciated. 2. Salary Benefits: There is no bar for deserving candidates. Management always look up for candidates who has an intend to grow. 3. Opportunities to switch technology: If you want to change your project/technology (of course you must prove your proficiency in that technology), you can do that internally. 4. Opportunities to learn and develop - If you are a fresher (0-3 years), Multiverse will take risks with you. They might push you to learn new technologies and put you in projects where you will have to use that knowledge. Learning on the job is actually a thing in Multiverse which actually helps develop skills and instils a sense of responsibility in freshers. Therefore, must recommended place for freshers who is looking for initial break.

1. Work load: At times you feel you are loaded with lots of work. However, acceptable if you are working with such growing organization. 2. Policy: No policy benefits like Health Insurance etc.

Pros

The CEO, Euan Blair, is an inspiring leader who speaks with a ton of conviction and authenticity. Also the scrappiness of the start up led to the ability to gain solid work experience and explore new ideas.

Kontras

Business strategy is in complete disarray, especially for the US expansion - which is completely flopping as they just laid off 1/3 of their US staff. Constant pivots, communication breakdowns everywhere you look, unreasonable expectations and pressure, misalignment across senior leadership team, inability to innovate the product or stand up against existing competitors in the market, and missing revenue targets year after year.
