Nice co-workers, flexible work schedule, excellent vacation time (2 weeks vacation after one year, plus 6 days PT. 3 weeks paid vacation, plus 6 PT days after 5 years).
Kontras
The CEO believes if you show up and do your job every day, you don't deserve any raise. You are expected to go above and beyond and even when you do, you are lucky to get a 3% raise. It's common practice for people to be paid less than the minimum salary for their job description. There are limited opportunities for advancement. There have numerous instances of mandatory overtime. The workflow has doubled in the past two years, but almost no new staff has been added. You definitely get the feeling that management does not have its employees best interest at heart.
