-No leadership track or individual opportunities for personal growth. -Terrible leadership that bases goals on feelings rather than actual data, but then blames employees for not working hard enough. -Fear based and passive aggressive leadership. -Stuck in 1985. -Late nights, early mornings, and weekends are expected without the ability to flex time. This is especially difficult if you have a family and need to figure out childcare. -Upper management creates new job titles for themselves and gives themselves raises, but the place is in financial crisis.
