Some people are very stubborn and refuse to use things like code reviews etc.
The company has no plan on how to grow in the next year. But the CEO wants 40% year over year revenue increase so he could give out a yearly bonus and increase the pay of employees. Yet our marketing and sales team is made up of people who have never worked in sales for a software company. Nor were they trained and onboarded.
Management is pretty clueless as they are all the boss's people, some real nepotism going on here. Decisions mainly coming from the CEO Stanislav Minchev anyway.
The location is okay and some of the people were okay also

Everything is bad. There are no career advancement options, work-life balance is nonexistent, and I don't recommend the company. You can check the facebook group - exMobisystems. There you will see all you need from ex empleyees.
