Pros
Pay and benefits are solid. Fully remote work has been a huge perk. Also, some incredibly smart and supportive coworkers who genuinely care about doing good work.
Kontras
Where to start? Direction changes constantly, driven more by optics and politics than any coherent strategy. Product vision is unclear. Micromanagement is frequent—often from e-staff with no relevant domain expertise. It’s a top-down culture of “say yes and you’ll grow,” where pushing back or offering a better idea just gets you burned out or ignored. The eNPS scores are shockingly low (this is openly acknowledged in all-hands), yet there’s been zero accountability or meaningful action to improve morale. Culture is largely performative, and trust between leadership and the rest of the company is eroding fast. The remote work policy is another example of the inconsistency—some teams are being told to come in without clear rationale, while others remain fully remote. It’s arbitrary, poorly communicated, and unfair.
