      Has been around for over 23 years. Stable company. Real development work, Lots to learn, Stress on Learning, I have become a real developer after working here. Hardly anyone has to stay back or work overtime. Realistic deadlines

      If you are not capable this is not a place for you. Management pushes you to give your best. Not OK for people looking to hide in the crowd.

      Pros

      Great company. Recently they took the entire team to Singapore on the company's 25 years. I am with this company almost for 1.5 years and planning to settle here. Seriously, this is the best company I have ever worked at. However, they are also very serious about the work and if you know your job, you can really be happy here. The leaders and the sr management is also great.

      Sometime, we had to stay back to support projects - this is a bit of pain! However, this ok as we need to support the clients.
