Pros

With work from home (WFH) option, you have more flexibility in terms of managing your time as well as more convenience. Few people are very fair to perform their deliverable. Thank you guys who are working genuinely with this option.

You should always look at the other side of the coin before making your decision right? so how many of us utilizing it properly at Microexcel?? Work From Home Policy Being Abused By few Employees and its reflecting to company value and ethics. So please guys if you are not interested, just resign and get lost immediately. Don't spoil the culture at Microexcel Some people were take it granted as a hobby or using this WFH option as a vacations. They Abusing This Privilege By Applying To Work From Home Whenever They Have Some Personal works or simply taking rest at home really how funny this is. Applying WFH and simply replying as "my net is not working" how crazy this is??? I don't kw how to react as a employee ..... but Managers & HR people are happy with this kind a culture ... but WHY??? Funny thing is only Male employee is utilizing this option but not female. In most of the companies woman employee utilizing this due to some health issues and to take care of kids. Its enough ... Please wake-up and stop playing this type of games henceforth.

Pros

There are opportunities to grow professionally. They will take chances on younger sales reps and give them a chance when other bigger firms may not. The CEO is directly involved in your success and attempts to provide assistance when available.

There was a disconnect with what they expected from me and what was discussed in the interview process. It would have been nice if they were completely transparent with how they judged their sales reps. Their policy is that if you do not sign a SOW in your first 90 days it is grounds for termination. I personally believe that is a very aggressive goal (especially selling into net new SAP accounts), but for some more seasoned people may be more attainable. Given I came into the situation with no customers or named accounts it was quite challenging. When I was interviewing they made it out to seem like they are not driven by quarterly success but that is certainly not true. The CEO is really nice and really enjoyed my interactions with him on a personal level. However, professionally I would admit that there were some things that I disagreed with. Overall, I give my experience a C- at Microexcel. Even though it did not work out for me it may very well be a great fit for someone else.
