I came from a different industry and worked a labor-intensive job before joining the MicroD family. The change in the work-environment, the people, and management is surreal. So I may sound biased when I say this but I love working here! You can expect your very own work space, depending on your department and what you do, either it being a personal office or cubicle. The people are friendly and very-welcoming on your first day on the job. HR does very well in managing problems and answering your concerns. Flexible scheduling! You can work from home, remotely, and best of all, pick your hours! I think this is the best aspect of the company. This wasn't an option at all at my old employment.
