Pros
good pay-rate, no micro-managing (pun intended), easy to use booking system/interface , all the IT staff are polite
Kontras
The longer I worked there-- the longer it took for me to get paid (In my case-- as well as most teachers cases you get paid through your recruiter) Near the end, it was 2 months after working a shift that you'd get paid. I'm also pretty sure that it's the most disorganized company that I've ever worked for-- it's like working for a sack full of cats. Sometimes the staff are responsive-- sometimes not. It's a crap shoot. But their biggest weakness by far, is that I suspect they might be in the process of going bankrupt. There are quite a few warning signs ex- high turnover in both teachers + Chinese staff, strange shift request (I received a request to work 20 classes one time) and many teachers haven't been paid for months-- When Microlanguages finally does close their doors, I imagine quite a few teachers will be out a couple months salary. :(
