Pros
Great for college graduate or someone looking for their first job in the industry Mediocre pay for your FIRST job out of college You can write your own ticket if you play the games the current managers play Good benefits I hear there is a good employee discount for housing but the apartments (that look nothing like the model)are crap so may not be worth it They seem to have a strong owner who pushes you to reach goals but poor execution on how it is to be reached

Little direction Poor Management:You listen to them speak bad about other employees (current and former),even name calling..VERY INAPPROPRIATE!! This includes the Senior Manager that is supposed to lead by example but instead is the ring leader Not clear on the direction of your future with the company Tell you things in the interview like "You will not work weekends","You will manage your own property in about 3 months", etc when it is not true Call the position MIT when it is really a position where you do all the work your manager, and I use that loosely does not want to
