The small team size means that you never feel lost in the shuffle. The directors genuinely care about your personal development. They are flexible and understanding of work-life balance. Working remotely is widely accepted. I have never worked for a company who I felt genuinely cared about me as a person, until now. The leaders are extremely genuine people and have worked to build a very solid team. Everyone pulls their weight. I could not be happier with my place of employment.

I have not noticed any cons since starting my position. I feel very lucky to have found such an awesome team.

If you aren't part of the family you are not secure nor will you find upward mobility. Management is very secretive. The founder...there's not enough room to get into him. Avoid him at all costs. You don't even want him to know who you are. Pay is never as promised. If the company has a bad year, you flat out just do not get paid the commission you've earned.
