      Incredible flexibility with work hours, family-friendly, Very intelligent and diverse team. The organization is deeply rooted in what is fair and ethical.

      A lot of the employee have worked at the company for a long time. Without much employee turnover there is sometimes a lack of new and exciting points of view.

      Very flexible, remote work environment. The CEO is a super nice guy.

      If you aren't part of the family you are not secure nor will you find upward mobility. Management is very secretive. The founder...there's not enough room to get into him. Avoid him at all costs. You don't even want him to know who you are. Pay is never as promised. If the company has a bad year, you flat out just do not get paid the commission you've earned.
