Pros

Not many good points about this company.

Kontras

This company treating its employees badly is an understatement. When I was there it was a revolving door, with interviews being done every day and dissatisfied people leaving or being let go almost daily for arbitrary reasons. High pressure work environment, chaotically organized with vague project specifications, outdated technology developed by a few people and little to no training. Management has no concept of Employee Relations. There is no job security, it's a high pressure environment with no points or appreciation for good work done, instead a there is a policy of harassment and continuous disparagement of work progress from the management Many programmers are hired straight out of university, and much of the rest from other countries. These recruits were overworked, many suffering from stress, sickness and lack of sleep. While I was there many of the the employees came down with a contagious severe flu. I observed air mattresses being brought into the company for overnight work stints with no pay for these overnight and weekend marathons. This was an impossible and oppressive work environment. I would not recommend this company unless you can tolerate an abusive and incompetent management.

Pros

They took me in after 2+ years of unemployment, I didn't care about below-entry level pay. Will hire anyone with marginal level of skill and let them prove themselves. Employees with families are not pressured into working extra hours.

Kontras

When I started, they paid me $5k/year less than my offer letter stated. Employees without families (single college grads) are pressured into working late hours constantly. There is nowhere to move in the company. You are a code monkey and are treated as such. In-house documentation on altered functions is non-existant, they rely on the developer who hasn't used the function before to update their wiki on how the function works. Technology is extremely outdated - when I left, they were still using JQuery 1.4 (1.11 was just released). Was fired for refusing to work 60+ hours/week indefinitely after 2+years without a single negative mark on my record otherwise.
