Company can’t last in current state - Sales bei Matlen Silver: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very unorganized, leadership constantly changing strategy with no rhyme or reason, horrible turnover… no way to get a raise (do not give industry standard raise each year to combat inflation). Relationship-based business but constantly switching around territory and confusing clients. No sales leadership to bring in new clients. Obsessed with making sure sales team / recruiters are onsite instead of caring about productivity… company doesn’t care about keeping producers happy.
