Flexibility to work from home at least 3 days per week

Kontras

Low pay, inconsistent or no training, supervision has poor attitudes, no growth unless you are part of the right “click”. Very stressful!

None. Unless you thrive in a bully environment

No bonuses except management. Manager turn over is once a year and to boot they have no idea about the department they were hired to manage. Just imagine for a second, you work in IT and your senior leader has never worked in IT. Couple that with recording and reporting them for being a bully and they target you. Thought HR was there to enforce the rules, but I guess management is excluded. Makes sense when the head of HR has never worked a real job a day in her life and personifies the bully attitude.
