Pros

- Co-workers are great; there’s a but; everyone will look out for themselves at the end of the day because of how management is run. - Pay is decent - “benefits” after 4-8 months working for the company - free coffee - it’s for a good a cause

Kontras

- No clear guidance in place for learning all the various accounts and the details about how they are to be managed from A to B - sloppy and unorganized training; there is really nothing in place and management is winging it - turnover rate is horrible because of that - which means low staffing and stress during your workday because you’re expected to complete the work of multiple people but they can’t even retain a new hire - so far haven’t seen much reward for any of that sacrifice, as it should be acknowledged a heck of a lot more - not seeing very much room to grow, in fact it’s avoided because of the mistreatment of anyone trying to grow within or you’re singled discreetly if you do something differently - when there is a new way of doing something, or a major change that affects the operation, it’s not thoroughly discussed with all employees, it’s sloppily touched and put aside

Pros

There are no pros if I did not get hired

Kontras

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
