I'm sorry you had a negative experience at MapleTronics. I would agree we have some great Teammates at MapleTronics who do great work. Among those great Teammates are the members of our management Team who work hard daily to make this a great place to work. In the past year we have initiated Teammate surveys and listening sessions with Teammates to better understand some of the disconnect between management and Teammates and developed a plan to get wages ahead of area average. I am not sure where the "nepotism" comes from. We do have people who work at MapleTronics who are related to one another, we are a family owned business, but all of the related individuals are held to the same high standard of performance we hold all Teammates to.
