The children and families are wonderful and the only reason I stayed working with this agency for so long.

If you want a job that you won’t get fired at, then this is the job for you. Management will back their “favorites” no matter how wrong/inappropriate they are. Management will bully you into doing/not doing things to fit their desires. They honestly pushed me to a place where I didn’t want to be alive, I felt hopeless, worthless, and stuck. I was constantly being told I couldn’t find anything better out there. Supervisors will talk poorly about their staff with other sites. There are a few staff that are well liked and they will be bragged about constantly. You will most likely find the positive reviews from those people. They do not value their clients because they are replaceable. They go through staff so quickly because they don’t know how to treat them. Once you quit, beware they are in control of your retirement fund until they list you as terminated. There is nothing you will be able to do about it until they decide they have had enough fun torturing you. Being unemployed is honestly a better option than working here. To this day I’m still terrified of them and still dealing from the trauma from working for them.
