There were absolutely challenges with the move and transition that took time to iron out as you can imagine moving a company across the states is not a small task. There may have been some down time with equipment (scanners) however, this would have been a short lived circumstance. Since the move we have taken many strides at improving the on-boarding and training. We have added additional processes and benefits. It takes time for change and transition.
