If you are young and impressionable, particularly if you live in South America and are willing to take a fraction of the salary this company would have to pay you if you lived in the US, then this is great learning ground. The majority of the team are extremely committed and work hard on behalf of the company. The mid level culture is grounded, extremely kind and cooperative. The furniture itself is high quality and beautiful.

Executive Leadership is extremely unsophisticated when it comes to running a business and taking a company to market. The head of the company is not capable of driving innovation in technology, tech product, marketing or operations. Instead, he runs the company through personal "grit" and an untrained style of leadership best described as a merchant prince or autocratic style disguised as "collaborative," only because no one who works for him has any choice. They are mostly unpaid South Americans exploited for the gain of a few at the top.
