Pros
- Great clients, from indie brands to household name big corporate names - Great clients means some pretty fab product/vendor perks at times! - High level work - we really care about our clients and strategic outcomes - Owner invests in leadership training for higher level management to help grow people within the company - From my experience, above average benefits in terms of PTO, Summer hours, 401k matching, comp days, paid overtime, paid parking etc. - Great location/cute decor - Fun team bonding activities every quarter.. yoga, summer party, holiday party, volunteer day etc. - Bi-coastal agency so there's the opportunity for travel depending on client needs - Demonstrated growth of junior staff through positions (intern to hire, internal promotions, cross department promotions etc.) - Regular review schedule - External HR company - Great culture - company only wants to work with lovely, collaborative and respectful clients and vendors and that's reflected in relationships with clients and between staff
Kontras
- PR is a stressful career at times, so workload is a careful balance to not feel overwhelmed - Location can get a little crazy in summer due to tourists and homeless however the building has great security and company takes employee safety seriously with precautions and training - Bi-coastal teams and clients can at times be tricky to navigate
